I took Wednesday and Thursday off from all exercise. It felt fantastic! And I didn’t even get stressed out about the Rest Days or the calories I was eating. That clearly tells me that I had over-trained and needed the days off.
I had a ton of crap to do last night, one of which included giving myself a mani/pedi. Tonight, Michael and I are going to a Black Tie charity dinner. I have a great dress! I am really looking forward to it. And my bff Rachel is coming down from Seattle with her husband, too!
I told Fat Kitty that his diet starts on Monday. He didn’t look too happy. And Michael asked if he was being put on a diet too. Poor guy! I promised he can continue to eat more than just one meal a day locked in the bathroom for 10 minutes at a time. ;)
Luckily we usually have turkey burger patties in the freezer. Michael defrosted those and we made dinner.
QUESTION: Is there a food you could eat every single day and never get bored of it?
